What is ARNECA?

The Arkansas Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association is the voice of the electrical contracting industry, working to promote higher standards, quality workmanship and training for a skilled electrician work force. ARNECA members are committed to the safety of your family, neighbors, constituents and the general public.

 

Why use a NECA electrical contractor?

Our members in Arkansas are master licensed electricians and they must  also possess an Arkansas contractor license. Our contractors only employ licensed trained electricians and participate in one of the finest apprenticeship training programs in the world.

National Organization

NECA was founded in 1901 by a group of professionals with a vision of finding strength through unity to lead a fledgling industry into a bold new future. Dedicated to representing, advancing, and promoting the interests of its individual member firms in order to help them realize their organizational vision,  the customer is ultimately the one who benefits the most.NECA represents the $130 billion industry responsible for bringing electrical power, lighting, and communications to buildings and communities across the United States.
Over one hundred years later, NECA is the strongest voice for the electrical construction industry with chapters throughout the nation and in countries around the world.

Local Chapter

The Arkansas Chapter has now existed for over 64 years. With the availability of national, regional, and local resources, the Chapter staff is ready and eager to assist their customers in meeting the demands of a fast-paced industry. Furthermore, NECA prides itself on being the best source available for information on the electrical contracting industry.

The Arkansas Chapter is one of 119 chapters worldwide that comprises the National Electrical Contractors Association. At a national level, the organization represents over 4000 members united by common interests and goals, speaking with one compelling voice.
